why do i sense that this question is rather familiar? Ashley See.... is this you? You were talking about EXACTLY the same topic as this question today in biology!. . . . hahahah! :P . WELL, although you shouldn't look at me as an example/role model, but I've read a few bits a pieces from magazines and stuffs so i know little tips that could get you going. Apparently, if you do sit-ups x 30 every night for a week, you will get a flat tummy and start building up abs. :D. and for thighs, you can either cycle, or any kind of work out that doesnt involve much energy/effort as it does to go to the gym, that relates to the movement of your legs. Go check out some sites on the internet if you're really interested/concerned :)
