Anyway, yesterday was the climax of my friendship with M2. Like I previously wrote about, there have been some suspicious happenings between us recently and I didn’t want to add anymore drama. Well yesterday was definitely the peak of our drama. Meaning, he was indirectly asking me to be his girlfriend…. by hinting me. We were chatting on whatsapp. He starts semester 2 today and we were casually talking about uni and suddenly he asked me to get a boyfriend. So I was like, “Okay I will!!! XD” Actually you know what? I will just write down how our conversation went like from the top of my head:
Me: Hahahahaha… Okay fine.
BUT THEN YOU NEED TO DO THE SAME when you get a girlfriend or when you’re interested in a girl!!
M2: And send me lots of pictures of him
Me: Hahaha.. oookay. Then I can call you “dad” LOL since you are making me seek your approval. Haha.
M2: What?? That’s just twisted.
Me: Fine, you can be my brother along with Michael :3
M2: ………….
M2: BUT I DON’T WANNA BE YOUR BROTHER!!!!!!
Me: Why not? :(
M2: Because that means I’m friend zoned.
[My reaction = WHAAAT DID HE JUST SAY!? :O]
Me: Hmm but I don’t mind if we become brothers and sisters…
M2: But then we can never go out…
[OMG WHAT.]
Me: What do you mean? Of course we can still hang out in the city!
M2: No… that’s not what I mean… Just hanging out... that's just lame..
Me: Then what is your definition of “we can never go out”?
M2: I mean… go out as in date… GO OUT FOR A DATE!!!
Me: Oh…. Well I’m sure you will find a better girl than me to go out on a date…
[HINT HINT]
M2: …… Are you sure?
M2: …. What if I don’t?
Me: I’m sure you will. You do medicine… that is very impressive. I’m sure you will find a girl easier…
M2: What? But that’s not me….
M2: she only likes me for my profession?? That’s just sad…….
[I wanted to test him... Meaning, if he leaves me, I’ll be ready and I will be absolutely fine.]
Me: In the meantime, I don’t mind being your “temporary” girl – friend.
M2: What…. that’s sad… since you know it’s going to be temporary….
[OMG WHAAAAT! HE IS ACTUALLY RESPONDING!?]
[AND WHAT DOES HE MEAN BY SOUNDING DISAPPOINTED????? HOIH.]
Me: Once you get a girlfriend, I’ll let you go.
M2: Awwww….. You’ll let go!???
Me: Lol... Okay goodnight :)
Yeah end of convo. I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow :l I hope he will just forget about this all… I think if he keeps on insisting for us to get together, I will just have to be upfront. Meaning… I will tell him straight to his face that we can’t be together. Lol. Kay bye~
